Seth Godin wrote the reason of why riding an unicycle is difficult. I’m 100% agree with him. Failing is discouraging. When I tried a new technology, and then I failed to make it work in about 5 tries, I will definitely leave it and forgot about it.
There are famous quote from the commercial advertise that I saw on TV when I was a little. “First impression is very important, after that, it’s all up to you.”
I will try to remember this next time I start a new project or create a product.a new user must be able to guess how to use it and can use it in the first attemp.
This also remind me of a book title that I wish to buy: Don’t Make Me Think.
