There are interesting article in slashdot today. If all people in the street disobey the traffic rules, it will make the traffic jams more severe than all people obey the rules. But there are anomalies. When about 40% people disobey/break the rules, the traffic jams will be more lower than when all people obey. This is a relief for me, because sometimes I ‘break’ the rules, but only if I will not harm / disrupt other people in the streets.
